Abigail Chams, also known as Abby Chams, is a Tanzanian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist recognized for her contributions to the Bongo Flava music genre. Born in Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, she hails from a musical family, her grandfather was an orchestra music director, and her grandmother was a church choir singer.
Abigail began her musical journey at a young age, learning the piano at five, mastering the violin by eight, and later playing the guitar, drums, and flute.
