Tip of the Day - Music
The Sukuma people have a popular traditional dance called Bugobogobo, where performers imitate the movements of different animals, including snakes and crocodiles, as part of their musical routines.
Mzansi is in mourning; the SA Hip Hop scene especially. Fans of Riky Rick were stunned to hear that the talented rapper had passed. According to reports, he was found hanging (from an apparent suicide) in his home in Johannesburg after suffering from severe depression.
Since his passing, tributes have poured in all over social media. Mzansi artists and DJs have also dropped songs in tribute to the late SA Hip Hop icon. Zamoh Cofi has now honoured him with a new song.
He titles the song “Khuluma Ndoda” and has recruited the talents of Jozlin to contribute to it. Together, they both do an amazing job on the song. Check it out below to listen to it. Also, add the song to a playlist this week.
